We produce 6 cat litter types: Tofu (NaturePure™), Cassava (CassavaCrisp™), Mixed (DualForce™), Crushed (Crushed™), Silica Gel (CrystalClear™), and Bentonite (RockSolid™). Each type has multiple grades and customization options.

Only Tofu cat litter and Cassava-Tofu Mixed cat litter have diameter options (1.5mm/2.0mm/3.0mm). Other cat litter types (Cassava, Crushed, Silica, Bentonite) do not have diameter options.

S/A grades have dust rate ≤0.5%, while B/C grades have dust rate ≤0.8%. S/A grades also have stricter clumping time (≤3 seconds vs. ≤5 seconds) and absorption capacity (≥3.0x vs. ≥2.5x weight).

Our MOQ is 10 tons (approx. 1 x 20GP container) for all standard, OEM, and ODM orders. Mix-container orders are accepted to help you test the market.

Yes! We offer full private label services: custom logo, colors, packaging materials (plastic, biodegradable, box), and sizes (2.5L to 20L). Our design team can create custom artwork, or you can provide your own.

Typical lead time is 15-20 days for standard products, 20-25 days for custom formulations, and 25-30 days for complex packaging (boxes). Shipping adds another 15-20 days by sea.

We have ISO 9001, SGS, MSDS certifications. We also provide Phytosanitary Certificate and COO (Certificate of Origin) for every order. Batch-specific test reports are available upon request.

Yes! We provide free samples (you pay shipping). Samples are typically shipped within 3-5 days. We recommend testing samples before placing a large order.

We offer FOB Qingdao (you arrange shipping), CIF your port (we arrange shipping), EXW our factory (you pick up), and DDP your warehouse (door-to-door). Most B2B clients choose FOB or CIF.

We provide all necessary import/export documents: Certificate of Origin, MSDS, Test Reports, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading. These ensure smooth customs clearance in your country.

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) for all orders. For orders above $50,000, we also accept L/C (Letter of Credit). PayPal is available for sample shipping fees only.

Our premium tofu litter absorbs ≥2.8x its weight in liquid. Standard grades absorb ≥2.5x. This means 1kg of litter can absorb 2.5-2.8kg of liquid before needing replacement.

A 10L bag typically lasts 25-30 days for one adult cat with daily scooping. Multi-cat households should expect to replace litter every 15-20 days. Tofu litter may need more frequent changing than bentonite.

Yes, our tofu cat litter is fully biodegradable and flushable. The soybean fiber breaks down in water. However, we recommend flushing small scoops at a time to avoid plumbing issues, especially in older pipes.

S/A grade litter has dust rate ≤0.5% (tested by 75-micron sieve). This is virtually dust-free. B/C grades have ≤0.8% dust. Our premium grades are suitable for cats and owners with respiratory sensitivities.

Yes, silica gel litter is non-toxic and safe for adult cats. However, it's not recommended for kittens who may ingest litter, as silica gel expands when wet. Always supervise kittens around any litter type.

Sealed in original packaging: 24 months. Once opened: 12 months if stored in a dry, cool place. Bentonite has the longest shelf life; plant-based litters should be used within 18 months for best performance.

Our 14-step QC process covers raw material testing, in-line production checks, and pre-shipment inspection. Each batch comes with a detailed QC report including clumping time, dust level, moisture content, and absorption ratio. We retain samples from every batch for 12 months.

If a batch fails our internal QC, we reproduce it at our own cost before shipment. If you receive a batch that doesn't meet specifications, we will replace it free of charge (including shipping) or issue a full refund.
