We produce 6 cat litter types: Tofu (NaturePure™), Cassava (CassavaCrisp™), Mixed (DualForce™), Crushed (Crushed™), Silica Gel (CrystalClear™), and Bentonite (RockSolid™). Each type has multiple grades and customization options.
Only Tofu cat litter and Cassava-Tofu Mixed cat litter have diameter options (1.5mm/2.0mm/3.0mm). Other cat litter types (Cassava, Crushed, Silica, Bentonite) do not have diameter options.
S/A grades have dust rate ≤0.5%, while B/C grades have dust rate ≤0.8%. S/A grades also have stricter clumping time (≤3 seconds vs. ≤5 seconds) and absorption capacity (≥3.0x vs. ≥2.5x weight).
Our MOQ is 10 tons (approx. 1 x 20GP container) for all standard, OEM, and ODM orders. Mix-container orders are accepted to help you test the market.
Yes! We offer full private label services: custom logo, colors, packaging materials (plastic, biodegradable, box), and sizes (2.5L to 20L). Our design team can create custom artwork, or you can provide your own.
Typical lead time is 15-20 days for standard products, 20-25 days for custom formulations, and 25-30 days for complex packaging (boxes). Shipping adds another 15-20 days by sea.
We have ISO 9001, SGS, MSDS certifications. We also provide Phytosanitary Certificate and COO (Certificate of Origin) for every order. Batch-specific test reports are available upon request.
Yes! We provide free samples (you pay shipping). Samples are typically shipped within 3-5 days. We recommend testing samples before placing a large order.
We offer FOB Qingdao (you arrange shipping), CIF your port (we arrange shipping), EXW our factory (you pick up), and DDP your warehouse (door-to-door). Most B2B clients choose FOB or CIF.

Standard tofu cat litter ranges from $350-550/ton, while premium grades with additives (activated carbon, starch) range from $550-800/ton. Prices vary with soybean fiber market rates and MOQ. See our OEM pricing guide for details.
Standard bentonite litter is $150-280/ton. Premium dust-free grades with extra screening cost $280-450/ton. Bentonite is the most affordable cat litter type due to abundant raw material supply.
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) for all orders. For orders above $50,000, we also accept L/C (Letter of Credit). PayPal is available for sample shipping fees only.
Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment (against bill of lading copy). For repeat clients with established order history, we can discuss Net 30 terms.
Yes. Orders of 40-60 tons receive 5-8% discount. Contract orders of 100+ tons receive 10-15% discount. Committing to a 6 or 12-month purchase schedule unlocks the best rates.
We don't publish a fixed price list because costs vary with raw material markets, MOQ, and packaging. Contact us with your product type, quantity, and packaging requirements for an itemized quote within 24 hours.
S/A grades cost 20-40% more than B/C grades. The premium covers stricter dust control (≤0.5% vs ≤0.8%), faster clumping (≤3s vs ≤5s), and higher absorption (≥3.0x vs ≥2.5x weight).
Potential additional costs: documentation fees ($50-150), third-party SGS inspection ($200-400/container), and custom packaging setup ($150-300 for print plates). Palletization and container loading are included in our quotes.
Landing cost = (ex-factory price + inland transport + ocean freight + destination charges + customs duty + insurance + broker fee) / number of bags. See our shipping cost guide for a worked example.
Yes. After 3 successful orders with on-time payment, clients can apply for Net 30 terms (pay 30 days after shipment). Credit limit is based on order history and financial verification.
Our premium tofu litter absorbs ≥2.8x its weight in liquid. Standard grades absorb ≥2.5x. This means 1kg of litter can absorb 2.5-2.8kg of liquid before needing replacement.
A 10L bag typically lasts 25-30 days for one adult cat with daily scooping. Multi-cat households should expect to replace litter every 15-20 days. Tofu litter may need more frequent changing than bentonite.
Yes, our tofu cat litter is fully biodegradable and flushable. The soybean fiber breaks down in water. However, we recommend flushing small scoops at a time to avoid plumbing issues, especially in older pipes.
S/A grade litter has dust rate ≤0.5% (tested by 75-micron sieve). This is virtually dust-free. B/C grades have ≤0.8% dust. Our premium grades are suitable for cats and owners with respiratory sensitivities.
Yes, we offer custom fragrance options including green tea, lavender, lemon, and unscented. Fragrance is added during production for even distribution. Custom fragrances require a 10-ton MOQ and 3-day additional lead time.
Tofu and mixed litter: 1.5mm, 2.0mm, and 3.0mm diameters. Smaller granules clump faster; larger granules track less. Bentonite, silica, and crushed litter have standard granule sizes without diameter options.
Cassava litter offers similar clumping performance to tofu but with slightly better odor control due to its natural starch content. Cassava is newer to the market and appeals to brands seeking differentiation. Both are plant-based and biodegradable.
Yes, silica gel litter is non-toxic and safe for adult cats. However, it's not recommended for kittens who may ingest litter, as silica gel expands when wet. Always supervise kittens around any litter type.
Sealed in original packaging: 24 months. Once opened: 12 months if stored in a dry, cool place. Bentonite has the longest shelf life; plant-based litters should be used within 18 months for best performance.
Yes, our ODM team can develop custom formulas with specific additives, absorption targets, or fragrance profiles. Custom formula sampling takes 7 days. MOQ for custom formulas is 10 tons.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): you provide the formula and specifications, we produce it. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer): we develop the formula and packaging design based on your requirements. Both include your private label branding.
Sample development: 7 days. Once you approve the sample, production takes 20-25 days for custom formulas (vs 15-20 days for standard products). Complex packaging adds 5-7 days.
Yes. Send us your artwork in AI, PDF, or PSD format with CMYK color specification. Our design team will review for printability and provide a mockup before production. Minimum 5,000 bags for custom printed packaging.

Our 14-step QC process covers raw material testing, in-line production checks, and pre-shipment inspection. Each batch comes with a detailed QC report including clumping time, dust level, moisture content, and absorption ratio. We retain samples from every batch for 12 months.
If a batch fails our internal QC, we reproduce it at our own cost before shipment. If you receive a batch that doesn't meet specifications, we will replace it free of charge (including shipping) or issue a full refund.
Yes. We provide all necessary documentation including ISO 9001, SGS test reports, MSDS, Certificate of Origin, and Phytosanitary Certificate. For specific market requirements (e.g., EU REACH, US FDA), our team can advise on required certifications.
Yes, we sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) to protect your brand, formulations, and pricing. We never disclose client identities or order details. OEM confidentiality is standard practice for us.
Our primary port is Qingdao (2 hours from factory). We also ship from Ningbo and Shanghai when needed for routing or capacity reasons. Qingdao offers the most frequent sailings to US, EU, and Asian destinations.
West Coast (Los Angeles): 14-18 days. East Coast (New York): 28-35 days via Panama Canal. Interior destinations add 5-10 days for rail/truck. Air freight to major US airports: 5-7 days (for samples or urgent orders).
Yes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers in the US, EU, and UK. We handle labeling, prep, and appointment scheduling. FBA shipments require product barcodes and FNSKU labels.

Yes, we provide COO for every shipment. If your country has a Free Trade Agreement with China (e.g., RCEP, China-Korea FTA, China-Australia FTA), the COO can reduce or eliminate import duties. Let us know your destination and we'll advise on FTA benefits.
Duty rates vary by country and HS code classification: USA 3.7%, EU 5.6%, UK 5.6%, Australia 5% (0% with FTA), Korea 8% (0% with FTA), Japan 3.9% (0% with EPA). Check with your customs broker for the most current rates.
Yes. Mixed-container orders are welcome and common for brands carrying multiple product lines. A 20ft container can typically hold 2-3 different litter types. We palletize each product separately and provide a detailed packing list.
Bags are palletized (stretch-wrapped and strapped), then loaded by forklift. We optimize pallet arrangement to maximize container space. Photos of the loading process are provided before the container is sealed.
Yes, strongly. Cargo insurance costs 0.1-0.3% of cargo value and covers loss or damage during transit. While rare, container losses do occur. We can arrange insurance through our freight forwarder or you can use your own.
Yes, under DDP terms we handle the entire journey: factory to your warehouse, including customs clearance and duty payment. DDP is recommended for first-time importers who want a hassle-free experience. DDP adds $500-1,500 depending on destination.
